I booked a room with a shared bathroom and both were always impeccable, rooms had a good temperature so we were not cold and staff was very attentive to our needs. Although it has only basic hotel services, I think they fulfill their function 100% and price is very good with respect to the neighborhood where it is located (which is very central, close to business and subway)
The sound the heating makes as it was late and annoying at that time

I was lucky to find a room on the ground floor (first floor), was very quiet thanks to an additional corridor. Medium standard, location was really great. Everything is close by: metro, foodtrack, restaurants, supermarkets, museums and 2 parks (Central and Riverside).
Standard suitable for price - average. Room - tiny.

The bathroom should be cleaned more thoroughly every day, it wasn't a mess but it wasn't clean enough for a shared bathroom either.

An ideal location! Broadway at the end of the street, subway station on the next street (96th), 15 minute walk to Central Park! And great value for money!
The pipes are making a dreadful noise! All night long. Street noise wasn't a problem, for us, it's part of the charm.. But those damn pipes, banging all night long! That wasn't so nice...

It's near the mouth of the metro express.
The beds were dancing a little, it looked like the mattress was going to fall on the floor. Besides, it was very hot in the rooms, I don't know how much the heating would be.
